My group's purpose is to help parents who have lost a child in their grieving and healing process. I lost my 8 year old son and 7 year old God Daughter in a very tragic accident. Things will never be the same, but things will definetely be more positive and I now focus on what I do have, not what I don't have. I am very grateful for my family and friends who have stood by me and helped me through my healing process. Anyone who would like to help a family member or friend through their healing process should join my group. I believe that it is us humans here on earth that are left to put the pieces of our broken hearts back together, so that we can help one another heal our hearts and look forward to more beautiful tomorrow's. I believe my son is an angel looking down on me and everyday he gives me a little more strength, so that I will one day join him.

Hello. I am interested in this group. I spent 16 weeks in a Grief Support Group thru Hinds Hospice after losing my daughter last year; but that group is over now and I still feel very lost. I see no RSVP's, are you still having this meeting & where

On December 16th, my cousin was hit by a drunk driver. She passed away on the 17th. She would have been 15 years old on February 23, 2008.
